[西式做法] 马来西亚甜点- 甜西谷米糕

甜西谷米糕

材料1:
去皮白揶丝 : ½ 粒
盐 : ½ tsp

材料2: (洗净, 浸泡20分钟, 沥干)
西谷米 : 250g

材料3:
细砂糖 : 170g
青色素 : ¼ tsp
Vanilla oil : ¼ tsp

香蕉叶 : 1 片 (剪成圆形, 铺在22cm的蒸盘上)

方法
1. 把白揶丝和盐混均, 大火蒸10分钟, 取出待用
2. 把已沥干的西谷米和材料3充分拌均
3. 倒在已铺上蕉叶的蒸盘上
4. 大火蒸约20分钟至熟, 取出, 待冷
5. 切成块状, 沾上白揶丝即可

注:如果不用香蕉叶垫底,须在蒸盘底和周边搽上油
